Experience a comprehensive ADHD assessment package, starting with an extensive three to four-hour initial evaluation. Following this, you will receive a personalized 50-minute follow-up session, complete with a detailed assessment summary.

Cost: $2,100 (sliding scale available)

Payment is due at the conclusion of the initial assessment session. Kindly note that cancellations without a 48-hour notice or failure to attend the scheduled ADHD assessment will incur a $500 charge to the card on file.

I offer convenient payment options to enhance your experience. I accept payments through credit, debit, and Health Savings Account (HSA) cards.

During the intake process, patients can securely upload their preferred payment card details. The streamlined system ensures seamless transactions, with automatic charges processed at the conclusion of each week.

Please be mindful of the 48-hour cancellation policy. Should you need to reschedule or cancel a therapy session, kindly provide at least 48-hours notice to avoid charges.

In the event of a cancellation with less than 48-hours notice, a full session fee of $300 will be charged to the card on file. For ADHD assessments, a $500 charge will be applied in the case of cancellations or no-shows without 48 hours notice.

I am an independent psychologist operating on an out-of-network basis and do not participate in insurance plans.

Certain insurance plans may, however, offer partial reimbursement for services provided by out-of-network practitioners. Should you require documentation for potential reimbursement, a monthly statement, commonly known as a Superbill, can be provided upon request.
